Kristal Boston

Kristal is one of our amazing Pilates instructors. She was born and raised on the Seacoast and has recently returned after some time away in Orlando, FL. After graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, she decided to high-tail it to warmer weather. Five years into her career as an emergency nurse, she felt called to help people change their lives through movement. Feeling empowered, Kristal traveled back to NH and joined the CJPT & Pilates team. She has received her training certifications from Power Pilates and extensive in house training with our specialist PT-team. She is known for her infectious smile and everlasting energy and her clients absolutely adore her 🙂

Kristal enjoys walking on the beach, eating plants, and lounging with her two cats who are 18 years old!
